Waiting Time Policy – Airport Transfers: Free waiting time is 90 minutes from the actual landing time. – Non-Airport Transfers (e.g., hotels, train stations): Free waiting time is 15 minutes. – Additional charges may apply for exceeding the waiting time, or the booking may be considered canceled without refund.
Luggage Allowance Standard vehicles allow 1 piece of 28” luggage + 1 carry-on bag per person. If you have oversized or excess luggage, please inform us in advance so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
Child Safety Seats In accordance with Korean law, children under 6 years old must use a car seat. Please indicate the number and age of children when booking. Additional charges apply.
Force Majeure Policy In cases of unavoidable disruptions such as severe weather, traffic conditions, or flight delays, we will assist with itinerary adjustments or provide partial refunds where applicable.

Please arrive on time at the designated meeting point to avoid delays or additional charges due to lateness.
Keep your phone accessible and active. Be sure to provide a reachable phone number (with international dialing code) or your KakaoTalk/WhatsApp ID for the driver to contact you.
Drivers do not provide tour guide services. The transfer covers transportation between the specified pick-up and drop-off points only. No sightseeing stops or guided commentary is included.
If there are any changes on the day of your ride (e.g., delays or early arrivals), please contact customer service as soon as possible. Failure to notify us in advance may result in cancellation without refund.
For stopovers, detours, or additional destinations, please inform us in advance. Extra charges may apply depending on the request.
Severe weather, traffic controls, or road conditions may affect the schedule. We recommend allowing extra buffer time in your itinerary.
Eating, smoking, and bringing pets (except guide dogs) are prohibited inside the vehicle. Cleaning fees may be charged for any damages or mess caused.
Night-time service (22:00–06:00) may incur an additional night surcharge. Please refer to the service details or check with customer support for confirmation.
If you are bringing large sports equipment (e.g., skis, golf bags), please inform us in advance so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
