2.2 You are responsible for paying all fees related to your bookings and for complying with suppliers' terms.
2.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to refuse access, modify, or terminate any part of our platform or services.

Platform Content
3.1 "Platform Content" includes all materials on our platform, such as text, images, videos, and code. All content is the property of DAY DAY TOUR or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We may modify or remove content without notice.
3.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, translate, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content without our permission.
3.3 We cannot verify or guarantee the accuracy of content from third parties on our platform.

Your Submissions

4.2 You may receive invitations to submit reviews via SMS, email, or the platform. Submitted reviews may be publicly displayed. Do not submit misleading or offensive content.
4.3 By submitting content (e.g., reviews, photos), you grant DAY DAY TOUR and our partners a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use such content.
4.4 You represent that your submitted content does not violate laws or infringe third-party rights.
4.5 We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.

Your Commitments
5.1 You must use the platform and services in compliance with these Terms and are solely responsible for your actions.
5.2 You agree not to:

(b) Circumvent or interfere with security features;
(c) Reverse-engineer or tamper with the services;
(d) Embed our services in other websites or apps without permission;
(e) Access or use non-public areas of our systems;
(f) Harass or harm others;

(h) Collect other users' personal data;
(i) Restrict others' access to the services;
(j) Use the services for unsolicited promotions;
(k) Commit fraud or other illegal activities.

Orders and Refunds
6.1 You may place bookings in various currencies. Some orders confirm instantly; others require supplier approval. You agree to receive confirmation via SMS, email, or app.
6.2 We may change prices or fees at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
6.3 We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these Terms.
6.4 You must pay using accepted methods. Orders are not confirmed until payment is complete. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.
6.5 When services are provided by a supplier, they are responsible for accepting/canceling bookings and delivering services.
6.6 Additional taxes or fees may apply. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee accuracy. If canceled by the supplier, we will notify you reasonably.
6.7 Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to exchange rate or fee differences.
6.8 E-Voucher Use
(a) Upon booking, you’ll receive an SMS or email with an order number and e-voucher.
(b) You must follow usage rules, show ID and the e-voucher at the meeting point.
(c) Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued. Fraudulent use (e.g., underage entry) will be denied without refund.

Limitation of Liability
7.1 We do not guarantee accuracy of third-party content.
7.2 Communications are not confidential. No fiduciary relationship is formed.
7.3 We are not liable for direct or indirect damages related to your use of our platform.
7.4 Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid in the 12 months prior to your claim.

Indemnification
8.1 You agree to indemnify DAY DAY TOUR and affiliates for claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
8.2 We may require you to defend or settle such claims, but you may not act without our written consent.

Termination
9.1 We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms.
9.2 We are not obligated to refund canceled orders if Terms are violated.
9.3 Sections that by nature survive termination will remain in effect.

Visas and Insurance
10.1 You are responsible for checking current entry and health regulations.
10.2 We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be handled by the primary court in our place of business.

Miscellaneous
12.1 If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
12.2 We may assign our rights and obligations. You may not assign yours without our consent.
