Booking Method: Please make your reservation at least 1 to 3 days before departure. During peak seasons, early booking is strongly recommended to ensure vehicle availability.
Service Time: Daily service includes up to 9 hours. For overtime, an additional charge of KRW 30,000 per hour applies for vehicles with up to 11 passengers, and KRW 100,000 per hour for vehicles with more than 11 passengers.
Fees Include: Tolls, parking fees, fuel, and driver’s meals.
Itinerary Changes: If you need to change the departure time or route, please inform us in advance. Last-minute changes may affect scheduling and incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee may apply depending on the time of cancellation. Please refer to the service provider's policy for details.
Passenger Capacity Limit: Please select a vehicle that matches the number of passengers to avoid overloading. If children are traveling, please inform us in advance if child safety seats are required.
Driver Arrangement: Chinese-speaking drivers are assigned by the company and hold valid licenses with extensive experience, offering professional and safe service.
Weather & Unforeseen Events: In the case of severe weather or force majeure, services may be adjusted or canceled. We will notify and coordinate with you accordingly.

Be on Time: Please arrive at the agreed meeting point on time. Late arrivals may affect the itinerary or incur additional charges.
Passenger Limit: Each vehicle has a maximum passenger capacity. Please do not exceed this limit to ensure safety.
Luggage Restrictions: If you are bringing a large amount of luggage, please inform us in advance so that a suitable vehicle can be arranged.
Children's Travel Policy: If traveling with infants or young children, please notify us in advance if a child safety seat is required.
No Eating or Smoking in the Vehicle: To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all passengers, eating and smoking inside the vehicle are prohibited.
Changes to Itinerary: Any last-minute changes to the itinerary or extension of service time are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Respect for Driver and Vehicle: Please follow the driver's instructions and respect the vehicle and staff. Any damages caused will be charged accordingly.
Force Majeure: In the event of traffic restrictions, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may be adjusted. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
